I understand that schedules can change. At the same time, reserving a class means blocking that time in my calendar, so I kindly ask students to respect the following guidelines:
Classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 business hours' notice.
If you notify me within this timeframe, the class credit will remain available and we can schedule a new session.
Cancellations made less than 24 business hours before the scheduled class will be considered a late cancellation and the class will be counted as completed.
Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled by email.

If a student does not join the class on time, I allow a 15-minute grace period.
If the student has not joined after this time, I may try to contact them in case of a delay or technical issue.
If there is no response and the student does not join the session, the class will be considered a no-show and the session will be counted as completed.
If a student joins late, the class will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
If there is a technical issue on my end that prevents the class from happening, the session will be fully rescheduled at no cost.
If a technical issue on the student's side prevents the session, the class will follow the same rules as a late arrival or no-show, depending on the situation.
I recommend testing your connection and equipment before class to avoid any disruptions.
Class packages must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused classes after this period will not be refunded or extended, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Packages are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled student only.
Class packages have a validity period to encourage regular practice and continuity in the learning process.
Unused classes cannot be used after the validity period. If unexpected circumstances arise, feel free to reach out and we can discuss a possible solution.
Class packages are non-refundable once the first class has taken place.
If you are unsure about committing to a package, you are welcome to begin with a single class before purchasing a pack.
